Privacy Policy for WallpaperOS Live 4K AI

This Privacy Policy explains what information WallpaperOS Live 4K AI ("the app", "we", "us") collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with email and password, we store a securely hashed version of your password — never the password itself. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google, and use them to create and identify your account.

Content you interact with

We store the wallpapers you favorite, the collections you create, and a history of the wallpapers you've saved or set, so this information can sync across your sessions and power features like your Favorites and Downloads tabs.

Purchase information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment card details. We do store the subscription status, product, and expiry date Google Play provides us, so the app knows your plan is active.

Information we do not collect

WallpaperOS Live 4K AI does not use advertising SDKs, does not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not access or collect your device location.

How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account, and keep you signed in.
• To sync your favorites, collections, and wallpaper history across sessions.
• To verify and manage your subscription status.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate WallpaperOS Live 4K AI:

• Google Sign-In — for account authentication, if you choose to use it.
• Google Play Billing — to process subscription purchases.
• Cloudinary — hosts and serves the wallpaper images and videos shown in the app. Cloudinary does not receive your account information.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data security

Your access tokens are stored on your device using Android's encrypted storage. Passwords are hashed before storage — we cannot read them. Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at blueflute.app@gmail.com. We'll process deletion requests within 30 days.

Children's privacy

WallpaperOS Live 4K AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
